In the early 2000s, Metroport diversified its portfolio by venturing into property development, management, and holding. Since then, we have completed a multi-purpose complex and 32 shop-houses in Kota Bharu, Kelantan (QueensPark SportzCity & Boulevard). We also acquired over 700 acres of land, including 2.5 kilometres of prime beachfront facing the South China Sea, in preparation for future developments.
